Pilot recourse process v1.0

A trust decision must be challengeable.

Support fixes a service problem. A complaint raises conduct or process concerns. An appeal challenges an eligible rejection, suspension, or revocation.

Open the right route
01

Open a private case

Choose support, complaint, or appeal and link the affected application or credential where relevant.

02

Preserve and review

The original evidence, decision, reason, methodology version, status history, and applicant response remain available to operations.

03

Reasoned outcome

The case moves through open, under review, resolved, and closed states with an applicant-facing response.

04

Escalation maturity

An independent reviewer and published time limits are required before CompanyConnect claims a formal independent appeal layer.

Eligibility

When to appeal

Application rejection

Link the rejected application and explain the factual or methodological basis for reconsideration.

Credential suspension

Link the suspended credential and address the reason shown on the live registry record.

Credential revocation

Link the revoked credential. Revocation itself is irreversible in the system; an upheld appeal requires a new reviewed issuance, never rewriting history.
