1. Pilot access
Access is personal to the authenticated account that accepts these terms, may not be transferred, and may be suspended for misuse, security, legal, or integrity reasons. CompanyConnect may also issue invitation codes for selected cohorts or supported onboarding.
2. Applications and evidence
You must be authorised to submit the application, provide accurate statements, and use only lawful, public, non-sensitive HTTPS evidence. Do not submit identity documents, confidential material, credentials, or special-category data.
3. CompanyConnect decisions
CompanyConnect may approve, reject, request more information, suspend, reinstate, expire, or revoke a pilot credential under the published criteria. Payment never guarantees an outcome. Reasons and recourse are recorded.
4. Badge use
The badge must link to its current verification page, may not be altered to hide status or scope, and may not be described as government accreditation, a guarantee, or proof beyond the published scope.
5. Public, non-binding work tests
Participant-posted opportunity text and planning amounts are public. Do not enter personal, confidential, credential, client, or internal material. Proposals and scope-alignment records are test records only: they do not form a legal contract, transfer IP rights, authorise work, or promise payment. The pilot does not accept marketplace payments, hold funds, provide escrow, guarantee work, or create employment or agency relationships.
6. Availability and changes
This is a controlled beta. Features may change or be interrupted. Material methodology and policy versions are recorded, and CompanyConnect will not knowingly display a stale valid status after a registry failure.
7. Account closure
You may request closure in the portal. CompanyConnect will preserve or anonymise records according to the approved retention and legal process; an immediate destructive deletion is not promised where audit, dispute, or legal records must remain.
